I placed an order online for photos from my daughter's school and after a 1/of not receiving the photosI decided to call the company and find out what the status on my orderI spoke with someone and she said they would be shipped out the following day??? Now it's been practically two months and I distill don't have the photos??? I decided to call because now I am extremely upset with the entire processI asked to speak with a manager took her minutes to pick up the line I explained my situation and then she put me on hold for another minutes?? At this point I just want my money back so I asked if I could get a refund she said yes?? I never received an apology for anything, it felt like if I was burdening the manager with the entire situation??? This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifeThe entire process from ordering to calling back to the interaction with customer service representative and the managerI advise you to never use the company for anything worst customer service ever!!
