I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 Problem:I originally filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in May 2016. My issue was never resolved. I have not received the graduation announcements I ordered back in January 2016. I have tried multiple times to contact the rep. She started responding to me after I filed the last Revdex.com complaint, but hasn't responded to me in the last three weeks. My son's name is [redacted], and he attends San Jacinto Valley Academy in San Jacinto, California.I ordered the Essential Package #3 graduation package. I paid a $50 deposit in January 2016. The total price for the package was $233.82, & the order form stated the remainder of the cost was due by March 31, 2016. On February 2, 2016, I mailed the check for the remainder. As of today, I still haven't received the announcements. The last time I talked to the rep, Brandi Potlongo, was on July 19, 2016. She told me that day that I would be receiving the announcements the next day. I never got them and I have tried contacting her multiple times since then with no response.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Delivery of OrderselectDesired Outcome:I just want the graduation announcements that I ordered and paid for.

Customer ordered one of our custom graduation packages. Our manufacturer had delays in delivery of product. Entire schools order was late. At the time product was delivered customer was listed as having a balance due. When there is a balance we do not deliver product until order is paid in full....

Customer having a balance due was a staff member clerical error, their payments were not posted correctly. At this time I have personally spoken to the customer. We are having package manufactured for customer and have agreed to a full refund.
