I was loaded down with student loan debt and I am retired with a fixed incomeI talked to a counselor at Grads 1st and he took all my info, came up with a plan and now my loans are finished Yes there is a fee but for someone else to navigate the federal bureaucracy on my behalf it was well worth itEvery promise they made came true within a few weeks I highly recommend the nice folks at Grads 1st

Grads 1st is a Rip Off If I had only taken the time to check them
out on a Google search "Grads 1st is a rip off run by thieves" glass mirror states
Received a call from Great Lakes stating someone called to access my account but hung up after not knowing any security questions; they did a reverse look up of the phone number...only to find out it was Grads 1st They called back and stated they are "scamming me" BEWARE, do some research
