Spoke to client regarding cancellation, went over with client that first phase was completed and also the we had gone over a written agreement a verbal recording of everything that was to take place regarding the process, client stated "whatever" then hung up

The graduate service center refunded $400.00 to me directly,  of the $599.00 I requested.Thank you, [redacted]
