On a trusted recommendation we decided to take our son, *** *** ***, to the Rivers of Living Waters rehabilitation center in ***, AL on July We believed it to be a faith based program as was advertised Our son was homeless and drug addicted and desperately in need of help After talking to the center's house manager, ***, he convinced us that the program could help could help our son So we made the hour drive to the location On the way there the director contacted my wife and asked us to meet him at an interstate exit and pay him the $fee in cash and he would take our son to the facility We did not do that, but proceeded to the facility and met with the house manager, *** We wrote a check and received a receipt for $500, so our son could stay and be treated We later sent a copy of our son's Social Security card upon the request of the house manager After two days our son went to the bathroom only to discover several other program resid
