Who did you talk to so we can make sure we retrain them? It is our business policy to give a refund for unused monthsIt has been this policy forever and we have 1,000's of people on the unlimited program without incidentI can see your information and that you did not use it for monthsWe will issue a refund, as it is our policy, for those three monthsPlease return at your convenience and we will issue you a refund and a $gift card for your inconvenienceThank you

Crestmont ToyotaThe fee in question is on the original lease contract from PrestigeThe disposition fee is a contractual obligation that is made clear on the lease contractCrestmont was only a drop off point to return the vehicle back to Toyota Financial ServicesThe lease return form singed at Crestmont specifies we are not responsible for any fees associated with the return of their leased vehicle

Sorry our program wasn't explained to you better, we try to do our best and have signs explaining the program throughout our siteJust come down and ask for a refundYou had no need to go to Revdex.comWe can track through our system to see that it wasn't used and will reimburse you for all months that
were not usedThis has always been our policy and always will, our goal is not to take advantage of customers but to offer them a great deal, unlimited car washes, at a fair pricePlease ask for a manager on your next visit and he will look up your vehicle, make sure you are discontinued on our program and reimburse you for any unused months

We will issue a refund, as it is our policy, for those three months. Please return at your convenience and we will issue you a refund and a $25 gift card for your inconvenience. Thank you.

Our Basic Full Service inside and out car wash is $22. You paid for only an exterior car wash. Please check your receipt.

Was not told there was a fee. Took plates,gave them 2 masters keys. Also books that came with car.under miles 27,007 still was. Not told there was a fee by R Latoraaca unless you need a magnify glass. If I brought another Toyota I would not have to pay? Plus I turned it in 2 months early. This is how they treat there customers!
