Review: I hired Grady Mechanical not only would I never use this company again I certainaly would not recommend them to anyone because of the fraudulent work that they did at my residenceI filed a complainant against Grady Mechanical with the Consumer Protection for violating the Unfair Trade practices for the poor careless substandard workmanship that they did at my residence. Do to their own negligence they put my heath as well as my life at risk as well the damage they caused to the new furnace and thankless hot water heater that they had installed because of Grady mechanicals substandard workmanship , Negligence and fraudulent workNot only did this company do poor substandard / fraudulent work but their workers were careless towards my personal property the damage that they caused and the mess that would leave behind everyday was unbelievable to the point where I did not trust them in my home without supervision due to their lack of respect towards my personal properly. to the point I had no choice but to throw them off my propertyDesired Settlement: In order for the equipment that Grady Mechanical installed in my house to be fixed and funtion properly. Everything that Grady Mechanical did needs to be torn out and redone. The impact of Grady Mechanical's Fraudulant / Substandard work work not only has a impact on the cost of replacing their equipment but it is now going to have a huge impact on other trades I want Grady Mechanical to pay for the cost of the replacement cost of the subsrandard and the cost of the other trades as well
