Review: Our television was damaged by Graebel's driver on our move from Manteca, CA to Meridian ID on 7/5/16. We filed a claim for $1250, which was approved by Graebel Claims Department on 7/13/16. The claims department stated we should receive our payment typically within 15-20 days, and to contact them if we had not received the claim payment after 30 days. After 30 days, on 8/15/16, we contacted [redacted], our claims representative, and were told the payment had not been processed. She said she would email her supervisor and someone would get back to us today, on 8/16/16. We did not hear back from anyone at Graebel.
Our damaged television has already been picked up by Graebel.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the promised payment of $1,250 which represents the approved claim for our damaged television.
