Hi, Please be informed that I never received any satisfactory response from Greaebel movers business business to resolve the complaint , in fact they delivered my items too late and some items were damaged at delivery too I am requesting reopening the complaint against them Regards ***

The claim in question is still pending and the file is still open in our claims department. I have address with the claims department and they will continue to work on this and will advise. Hope to have this closed soon.

not received a resolution. It is noteworthy that in the past 7 months the company stated twice that they were "working on it", then ignored the claim and never got back to me. This is the third time they said the same thing.

Before each move, we provide every customer a time frame during which their belongings will be delivered. While we did achieve delivery within that window in your case, we apologize for not being able to deliver your goods earlier. We make it our practice to accommodate customer requests as best we can, but unfortunately, were unable to shorten the delivery window in this situation.
