On October 4, I went to Suburban Propane to pay my bill and [redacted] of [redacted] bill. A few hours later on this same day, my parents [redacted] and [redacted] went and paid on the same church bill. So this business received a double payment. When my mother realized her mistake, she called their office and explained the situation. At first they denied that this happened but soon discovered it was true. They did not want to refund my parents and said that refund must come from office in Jackson, Mississippi. Well we have not receive a refund. Last week, my parents called and order some gas from this business. They gave her the run a round. This week I called Tuesday and yesterday to order some gas for the church. I talk to [redacted] at Senatobia office and explain to him that their office could keep the money and bring some gas to the church. We have had some cold days and did not want to run out. My husband [redacted] also called this week on behalf of the church to order gas. When I talk to a guy in the office yesterday to order gas, he said that the computer had messed up orders and that gas would be delivered.
