Review: Moved into first apartment and within the first week things were breaking and falling apart. The carpet was not in any sort of new condition. When we moved out they didn't only not give us any of our security deposit back but they are charging us 800 dollars for other things that they said where wrong. They said that they needed to put in a whole new carpet due to a stain in the bedroom. When they gave us the contract in the beginning they said that they would take 250 out of our 500 dollar security deposit for painting and carpet cleaning which is understandable but then when we got our bill for moving out it showed that they spent more than 400 dollars for painting and almost 400 dollars for a new carpet. We only lived there for 7 months and kept the place clean and they charged us for so many unnecessary things.Desired Settlement: We hope to get the bill adjusted because we do not believe that we should be charged for everything that they have billed us for

The apartment I lived in as horrible mold issues. Arlington Apt. off 44th Yakima. The Health Dept needs to do an inspection the mold was so bad in the apt I lived in that it is coming through the others side of the wall .
