Review: My name is [redacted] and I am the Founder of a non-profit organization, Shades of a Cure. Amongst other events, annually, we host a cancer stroll in which I order event Tee-shirts. This year my organization and I were looking for a new vendor. I received a referral to use Graf-Xunlimited . I checked the reviews and contacted [redacted] regarding being a vendor for my organization as I did not see any bad reviews. At that time, I informed her of my needs and wants and we discussed what she can and cannot do. After our discussion, I felt comfortable enough to choose her as the vendor to create the shirts. Our expectation of shirt orders grew to over 1200 shirts rapidly and I immediately informed her, as I did with any changes, of the new number and she stated the numbers were suitable for her and even told me that my organization is now her top buying customer. I sent my requested deposit of over 5000 via PayPal and she started on my orders. As we discussed when she was ready to do the delivery, she offered, I sent the remaining balance of over 5000 via PayPal as well. Although we had a few minor bumps in the road: delivery dates /times/no shows/not responding to text or calls. *multiple delivery dates were ok. * There were a few communication issues and a few misprints in which she appeared to be apologetic but the acknowledgement of error was enough for me to continue using her as a vendor.My team and I then came up with an idea to design shirts for profit. We did 3 designs for a shirt and I sent it over to her in which she said she can facilitate. We place a second order of shirts including the 3 design shirts totaling 704. *The design shirts alone totaled 551.* After one of the few episode delivery mishaps, I informed [redacted] I was contacting PayPal about my order not being met in full. On 6/**/14 @6 AM, I received a shipment for the order of the design shirts. Since I was getting ready for work, I just counted the shirts and left the house. After I counted and noticed one event shirt was missing, I contacted [redacted] when I arrived at work to inform her about the oversight, she denied it was ordered and I proved it was, she stated she will deliver the shirt to me. On 6/**, I was able to fully check the order, I was not happy with the finish product on the larger shirts and contacted [redacted] immediately. The graphic design on any shirt size above a Medium was small. I had 2 different people, including myself, try on their shirts sizes. I tried on a small, a person tried on a XL and a person tried on a 2XL. The size small shirt looked nice, the XL and 2xL I was very displeased that the graphic never changed in size whether it was a small or 2XL thus one could not see the wording or the design. I contacted [redacted] IMMEDIATELY because I wanted to understand why as a specialist would she not inform me, at any time, about the graphic designs remaining the same size on each shirt whether it was a small, medium, large, XL or 2XL? Immediately, she was very defensive, unprofessional, disrespectful, non-informative, and confrontational, continued to convey that she did me a favor and would not listen to me as the customer. After she said what she had to say, I then let her know that he was VERY unprofessional, she then hung up the phone on me. [redacted] then texted me saying: if I wanted a refund she would give it to me and when I accepted, she started stating fees that she was deducting and came to a refund amount of 455. This amount was not acceptable since offered my refund but moreover, she never brought any off these fees to my attention in the beginning as a policy nor had me sign an agreement reflecting any of these stated fees. She also wanted me to send the shirts back before released my refund. After our discussion and the lack of her professionalize, I felt very uncomfortable with sending her the shirts without receiving payment at the same time thus I insisted we meet, I give her back the shirts in her hand and receive my full refund at that time in the same payment rendered, in cash. She said she was not giving me a full refund and continued to harass me via text and actually threatened me with legal proceedings as if I am in fault.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of 551.00
