We bought a new construction home from Graffam Construction in June 2018, this home came with a one year builders warranty. On Monday May 6, 2019 I informed the owner of Graffam Construction, Graffam via text to his personal phone that the fill dirt under the driveway where the drainage ditch is was washing away and our concern was that the driveway would eventually cave in. I also reminded him that he still needed to replace a damaged window screen and a piece of vinyl siding that he said he would replace when we did our walk through before closing on the house in June 2018. Mr. Graffam texted right back and said that he would send his superintendent, "***" out. On May 15, 2019 I informed Mr. Graffam that I had not heard from his superintendent. No reply from Mr. Graffam. I texted him Again on May 17, 2019 to tell him we still hadn't heard from "***" and also to let him know that the water line to our home was leaking. He replied back with the phone number for *** and *** finally came by. The water line was repaired by the plumber and *** took a look at the siding, window screen and drainage at the end of the driveway. *** said that he would send his siding guy over to replace the one piece of siding, order a screen window, and that the contractor they hired to put the draining in would have to come back, bust out the end of the driveway and raise the drainage. He said that the draining pipe was put in too low and that was why all of the back fill was washing away. I never heard from *** again. I drove to Graffam's office in October 2019 and Mr. Graffam said he would send "***" the following week. I contacted Graffam again in Nov and he finally sent someone out and they said they would repair the draining the week after Thanksgiving, 2019. I have tried to contact Mr. Graffam multiple times since then and he will not reply, and no one has repaired the draining, siding, or window screen.

Repair I just want Mr. Graffam to order the window screen and replace the one piece of siding as he promised he would do prior to closing on the house and our biggest concern is that he repairs the drainage at the end of our driveway before it all washes away with the rain and the driveway caves in. His superintendent, *** agreed that they would fix it and the two guys that Mr. Graffam sent out in November also said that they would be back to fix it. At this point, Graffam won't return a phone call

Graffam Construction did go replace the screen this week, also the siding will be done Monday. The ditch was repaired this week. The drainage ditch is blocked up two houses down from the homeowners residence. Graffam Construction informed the homeowner that if she has any other issues with the drainage that she will need to contact the HOA. I apologize for the extended wait these people had, we are working harder on focusing on customer service.
Just follow up, Graffam construction did come and replace the siding, window screen, and they did put some creek rock and sod down beside the driveway to help keep the dirt that's under the driveway from washing away when it rains. Hopefully that will work and the driveway doesn't cave in down the road. I would like to add that Graffam's new superintendent named *** has done an excellent job with communication and follow up. After my initial complaint with the Revdex.com *** reached out to us within a couple of days to start making the repairs. He has been professional and genuinely seems to care about the customers.
