I am rejecting this response
because:
First off, yes I took my car there the first time because it needed JUST the valve cover, not the whole wire setHe told me that they had replaced the valve cover & cleaned everything outUpon taking to *** for the axel fix, they discovered that the valve cover that Graffs replaced was done incorrectlyIt was still leaking & O rings were found dwn in where the spark plug goes along with oilIf the Gasket was replaced right the first time, it never would of leakedMy wire set would not be soaked in oilNow *** tells me this is a safety issue as the oil can cause spontaneous combustion & cause an engine fireSecond, why did Graffs tell me they replaced the wire set, plugs and gasket when they really didn't? I have the paper from them that states thisI also asked for all my old parts, he claims he did not know this & put my wires in a burn barrelIf I have to take this to a lawyer I most def willMy car is still leaking, worse than it was & it is due to their incompetenceI'm not asking for much, just for them to pay to have the damage fixed they have caused to my carI do not trust them after being lied to about several things & think it is only fair that they pay a professional to fix itAs I said before I have a witness that was with me & heard all that he said
