We bought a new home with a pool in June We called Valley Pools for service since that who closed the pool for the previous ownersWe explained that we are first-time pool owners and need help getting the pool up and runningThey mistakenly determined that we needed a “pool opening,” which apparently consists of a 15-min appointment of removing the pool cover, priming the pump, and then leavingWhen they closed the pool for the previous owners last fall, they removed and hid a handle for one of the pipes so we were unable to do anything on our own without them returning that handleIn all, a “pool opening” was totally inappropriate for our needs and we ended up calling another pool company to come out and help us understand how to operate the poolWe were billed $for a 15min and completely worthless appointmnt
