I want proof that they are with drawing their collections from my credit reports . I still show one open on my reports. I called the credit bureaus and it has not been removed. I want an apology letter and I want them to admit that I do not OWE anything

We did talk to Mr. [redacted] he wanted proof of all his payments made to Gragil Associates told him it is not Gragil Associates policy to send receipts on payments he hasmade on account. We offered to give him dates of payments and amounts so he can get his proof of payments for his...

Re-Certification for Housing from his bank he didn'twant that. Mr. [redacted] also requested monthly billing statements Gragil Associates is a collection agency balance is due in full if debtors can not afford to do thatthey must remember to send payments each month we do not bill this was explained to him. Very interesting why they charged me $100 when they admit I'm not even their customer. Ignoring my email messages. Bad company practices.
