in this auction I bought three lawnmower which were described as working in the auction, but when I bought it they had missing parts in them. so I went to auction place on 16 july and asked them if I can return them. so one of their employee told me that this time we have received lots of complaints regarding those batch of lawnmower and they were not labeled correctly, so she would do a return for them. At that time I did not had lawnmowers with me.
so I came back on friday to do a return when I got time , some other graham auction employee refused to do a return for me. he said only option he can give me is put them back on auction for me and label them not working.
graham auction refused to refund me for the product after they accepted few days ago that there were some bad lot lawnmower sent to them.

We agree with the general statements and timeline of the complainant. Although the customer was asked to return the used not working mowers in a timely fashion as we sold this product for for a consignor and are required to payout on consignments weekly.
This did not happen and the customer did not attempt to return the units for several days after the auction as well as several days after the customer was aware of the problem. He should have returned the product on the 16th of July when he discovered the issue.
Once we have paid out on the product it is difficult to resolve an issue as the customer was responsible for return in a timely fashion and the consignor had been paid out.
The offer was made that we would reconsign the units for this customer and declare them properly and waive all associated fee with relation to the sale.
As the above noted option does not seem to be satisfactory and given the details on this file it would appear that the customer was not aware that he should have returned the items before the account was settled and the consignor paid out. To resolve this matter I would be willing to offer a credit on file for the full amount of $16.80 to be applied to any future transaction for Mr..
