I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:When I finally reached a representative on 07/** in regards to this matter I had confirmation that my correspondingly HAD been received by the company. I will not except any other solution then the full amount being received. I sent an email to the company the day of signing up canceling this service. I accept the initial fee but none after that point.
