I ordered a dresser on 4/**/and was promised a delivery of this product on Tuesday 4/**/2019, the dresser was did not arriveI called the store several times but got no answer Today I went back to the store and was promised a delivery for today 4/**/2017, the dresser arrives today with damages I did not except the dresser and asked the delivery man to return it I went back to the store and asked for a refund and as per the receipt the store does not give cash refunds so I was told I would have to wait for a new dresser to be delivered

This is the worst furniture store I've ever been toThey don't deliver when they tell you and when they do they send you the wrong thingsThey don't never answered their phone so you have to go their personallyI went to the store times asked for my money back and they claim they don't so refundsI'm going aging for the 6th time and I'm not leaving until I get my money back this timeThe bed they sent looks like someone was jumping on it and the box spring is all brokenDon't ever go there you'll regret it

I bought furniture on the *** of December of the year They promised that my furniture will be delivered within a week or so then they said the living room set is kind of delayed and they don't like to deliver in trips and they need a day or more and I agreed with thatLately I received a phone call from an other person named Felix with his cellphone: ###-###-#### who informed that the delivery will be made on January***
No delivery was made until today's date and they don't answer the business phone and Felix has his cellphone off all the time, he never answered his phone nor reply to my messages to inform me when my furniture will be deliveredI went to the store he's never there and they said he is in charge for all deliveries
My purchase came to $"Two thousand, two hundred and seventy six" and was paid in full with different credit cards including delivery fee
So many lies with so many promises and I am really disappointed

They are absolutely the worst furniture store I have ever dealt withI ended up going personally to get my money backThey never delivered the furniture I paid for in advanceSTAY AWAY!!!! SCAMMERS!!! They need to be put out of business!!

I paid for a new twin mattress and white metal day bed from ** *** *** store on 3/**/The bed was not in the store, but was in a catalogue that one of the associates showed to meI picked out the bed I wanted and discussed delivering the furniture on TuesdayIt is 3/**/after a visit to the store and several phone calls about my delivery, I still do not have my furnitureThey are very unprofessional and inconvenienced me greatly!

I paid $cash for a sofa and loveseat I only owe $but the place is closed down and the phone number is discontinued

paid for a mattress was delivered the wrong one so I did not accept the deivery spoke to guy that claimed to be owner and told him it wasnt the correct mattress at my door he told me that if I wanted the mattress I would need to give more money I told him I wouldnt do that so I wanted a refund he said no refunds he told me to come to the store I asked for what he said well this is your issue so you have to deal with the sales person I explained that as owner shuldnt he be the one to correct the situation he said no becasue he sent me a mattress so he did his part he said the rest is on me to deal with I went to the store but I was still givin the same run around when I asked about what will happen next was told they would speak to the salesperson who sold me the bed ok then what ? we are not allowed to tell you that so am I getting my bed ? we are not allwed to tell you that ? will I get a refund we dont give refunds , you want the mattress all we can tell you is that you need to

I had bought a lamp from this furniture store not only was the item defected but the co worker had sold me a floor model when I bought the item home it fell apart when I went back not only was the man arguing with me he told the other workers not to sell anything to me this not the first time I had this problem with same man he's got the habbit of selling me the floor model furniture he also sells refurbish items I would appreciate if you could help me thank you he refunded my money back but because is a continues problem that everytim I try to buy is always a situation

Review: This place was supposed to deliver my furniture dec.1 paid on november [redacted]. They said on November [redacted] they will not deliver that day and will do it the next day. The next day they called around the time of delivery and said it wasn't ready it will be delivered the day after that. I told them by six. The next day comes, six o' clock no chest. Had to personally go back to the store asking for my chest. Store clerk claims it is out for delivery for after six and should be at my home around seven. No chest still at 8 pm.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund
