employer in the community, and as a quality educational institution. The "Consumer's Original Complaint" is not factually correct, but I am, unfortunately, limited by Federal Privacy Laws from discussing specifics without the complainant's permission.
Suffice it to say this particular individual had not completed all the requisite prep work to be allowed to sit for their boards. Complainant has since received her diploma, and has been notified by the Graham Hospital School of Nursing that we have released her to sit for the State Licensing Boards.
The Contract the complainant references was a mandatory agreement signed by all students as apart of their matriculation process. Failure to complete the requisite prep tests, spelled out in the agreement, has a very strong predictive value that students will NOW pass [redacted] NCLEX Boards.
Graham Hospital Association's School of Nursing has had two successive years in which our students NCLEX pass [redacted] was below the State mandates 75%, necessitating the change to our curriculum. All students were made aware of the curriculum changes/new graduation requirements/prep test completion prior to the beginning of their senior year.
