Sue Sheets came into our business for an oil change and received one on her Chrysler 200. The oil filter on this particular vehicle is located on the top part of the motorWhen removed oil has a tendency to get on the motor and in the vehicle's dust
shieldOur technician attempted to clean up to the best of his ability and she leftShe later calls saying she has oil on her garage floor we told her to immediately check oil level and if it was ok then to bring it in and we would get it on a lift and check itShe brought her vehicle in and we cleaned underneath her car and she leftShe then called several times in which we told her that oil on a flat surface looks a lot worse then it is and that we would be happy to clean it againHer nephew, who is the business owner, called stating that he was sorry and that he didn't think anything we did would make her happy. She brought it in several other times and we continued to clean it even though there was no evidence on any more oilWe offered several times to pay for her car to be detailed underneath. We never heard anythingShe later sends us a bill that stated that she got the inside of her car detailed and removal of tar from the outside in which we had nothing to do withSue is the owners Aunt and Surb's Tire has done several things over the years for her for free and we are willing to give her money back on the oil change and pay the detail bill If that means we never have to deal with her againWe have made every attempt to make this right and nothing we did or said was good enough for herThe owner wasn't even at Surb's Tire when she brought her vehicle back in to be checked
