I, [redacted] have spoke to customer and have started working on the issues she has had with Elephant Auto Group The fog lights have been ordered and we should receive them by next Monday, June 26th if not sooner And once they are in I will call customer to let her know when her auto will be ready for pick upI spoke to the mechanic and all the other work has been done on the auto The body man has done his repairsThe customer knows that she can call me at anytime so that I can help her on this issue [redacted] ***

I did attempt to contact the company they said the insurence policy doesnt exist nor is the policy number in that formatThe salesman thinks its ok to return a portion that I paid and it was fraudLegitamate bussiness is not operated in this manner.I want my total $dollars that I paid for insatllment and 1st months coverage

We at Elephant Auto Group strive to make all our customers happy with their dealings at our store.  In the case of [redacted], obviously we have failed.  Her contract was returned by the bank because they could not verify her work information.  The Conditional Agreement states that...

if we can not secure financing then the customer has to secure their own or return the car.  After contacting [redacted] we became aware of the down payment discrepancy and told her we would reimburse her for all monies which she held a receipt for.  Her only receipt was for $1000.00 dollars which was returned to her by check the day she returned the vehicle.  I would like to offer my sincere apologizes to [redacted] if I offended her in any shape or form.   Dave [redacted]General Manager

[redacted] was not an employee of Elephant Auto Group he was there to sell insurance to customers that did not have an insurance company.  He worked for the insurance company not for Elephant Auto Group.  It did not take us very long to find out what was going on and once all of this came out we have not seen [redacted] or heard from himHere is a phone number for [redacted] that owned the insurance company that is not open any longer [redacted]  I do hope this helps Lynn

We were able to obtain financing for Mrs. [redacted], but due to the terms of the financing company Mrs. [redacted] could not meet. The financing company needed more money down and the car Mrs. [redacted] request was too much for the financing company. We will be happy to work with Mrs. [redacted] to...

get to the terms that the financing company require. We can put her in the right car for her and the financing company as well. I have try to reach out to Mrs. [redacted] and explain the issues at hand, but no luck. We are willing to work with her to take care of any issues. She can contact me at [redacted] from 9 AM to 8 PM.
