Dear Revdex.com, In response to claim number [redacted]. It is our dealership’s intent to resolve this issue with our customer 100%. Although we regret this issue was forwarded to the Revdex.com, we would have been more than happy to resolve this without getting the Revdex.com involved ....
We regret that his paperwork was not sent out by our titling office in a timely manner. Once I was made aware of this issue, I checked with our office and found out that the paperwork had been mailed prior to my discussion with our customer. Once he received his paperwork, he indicated he was missing a necessary document to register his vehicle in the state of [redacted]. Our title clerk insisted she included that in his paperwork, our customer insists he did not receive it. I am trying to make arrangements with the customer who traded the vehicle in to visit our dealership to sign a new POA so that I can overnight it to him along with a check for $419.53 which he indicated would make him satisfied due to this issue.
