Graham Welding

Review: Graham welding gave me a price to install a fence of wrought [redacted] 5 ft tall around my business door. This price included installation and material and Greg Graham claimed that he would warranty his work and his fencing. I paid him a deposit of $600.00 for material and he said that he would have it installed the following week. After a week and a half with no railing and no word from Mr Graham, I called him and he apologized and said he was busy but would have it installed the following week. He came by the following week and installed the railing and I told him to come by the next day for payment. When he came by the gate would not close, he received payment in full of $1,320.00 and adjusted the spring so that the gate would close. After he left and several customers entered my business, the customers were struggling to open or close the gate! I called him that evening and told him he needed to come back since the entire structure was moving and the gate was dragging on the ground and could not be opened or once closed it could not be moved. He told me that he was busy and would return next week and repair what ever was needed to remedy the problem. Each week since I have called him and each week he continues to say he is busy and will be by next week. I have since called [redacted] of Salem who came out immediately to give me an idea of repairing Mr Grahams fence. They gave me a price of $1,250.00 which would include them taking the entire structure down and correcting the problems and setting the posts in concrete 15 in deep where they are currently 6 in deep. and the rails will need to be longer and he would attach the entire structure to the buildingDesired Settlement: I have given Mr Graham more than enough time to take care of the problem and his work has created a hazardous condition to my customers who are entering and leaving the business. I would expect him to reimburse my money.
