I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** repeatedly promised to complete the job and never showed up and never phoned to say he was unable to come Mr*** insisted I pay $cash as a down paymentIt is my belief that he took advantage of me because I am a senior citizenMy daughter sent him a certified letter in which he refused to acceptMy caregiver called him three times and he only spoke with her onceAfter my caregiver text him and informed him we reported him to Revdex.com, is when he finally respondedI do not wish to utilize his services and would appreciate a refundMr***'s failure to communicate and failure to complete the job, has made me uncomfortable and feeling that he is untrustworthyNine months has lapsed and his only excuse he gave is the rain caused the delay

Paid $cash deposit for driveway repair October 28, and he has not provided any services to dateI have made several calls to Mr*** and he promises to come by but never shows

We had started the job for Ms*** back in OctoberWe trimmed some bushes out front and worked on the driveway the weather got bad and the year expiredWhen we first came out her son’s car was in the drivewayI had to give the son gas money to move his car out of the driveway so we could work,
because his mother wouldn’tWe arrived again another day and the same issue came up, we were not going to give him more gas moneyWe have no intentions of not finishingWe have been in contactWithin the next days we will have this job completed
