All paperwork is signed and in orderCustomer had us cancel extended warranty and we explained that the refund would be sent to the lien holder to reduce the payoffFront tires and rear tires were two different brandsThe tread depth was fine but we replaced them with a new set at no charge to customerCustomer came back in shortly after she bought the car and wanted a truckWe had a deposit on the truck that she was interested in and the customer who left the deposit came back in and purchased the truckWe offered to find Ms [redacted] another truck

Response:Mr***'s truck ran out of fuelAs a result, his fuel pump burned upWe installed fuel pump and test drove truckTruck was running properlyMr*** picked up after hours and it was driven to FtKnoxIt is now at a Ford dealership in that areaWe contacted the Ford deal and they
said it had injector issuesIt was originally towed to us because it would not runWe repaired itIt had to have a new fuel pump to run againWe regret that Mr*** disagrees and is not satisfied

Now I need to be paid back for the over price of the sales of the car. The price quoted was not the same price of contractI attach Steve's card withprice he quoted me

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There is no proposed resolution hereThe owner appears to be completely unmotivated to resolve this issue in any capacityFurthermore, he is missing the pointYes, the vehicle was towed to the dealership because it would not runI didn't ask that they just make it start and then give it back to meI wanted it fixed and running properlyHere are the facts that can not be disputed, as they are documentedThe vehicle showed up to Greenwood Ford under these conditions: Vehicle cranks, does not start, has a trouble code for injector #circuit, and a misfire on cylinder #I made it very clear I wanted those issues fixed in entiretyIt left with the following problems: Misfire cylinder #4, trouble code injector circuit #4, and random electrical problems that did not previously existReplacing the fuel pump did not fix anythingThe only reason it started after replacing the fuel pump is because the technician bled the fuel system of air after replacementThat is how I was able to get the truck to start and run prior to bringing it to the dealershipI explained this to the service department before they started diagnosisThe vehicle showed up to *** Ford with the EXACT same symptoms as before it was ever towed to GreenwoodThey can not claim under these circumstances that they have resolved any issues, fixed the truck, or justify the dollars I was chargedPlease issue a refund in full, or I will be forced to take legal actionThis is no way to conduct business and I will not be taken a fool.

Mr*** knew the correct mileage on the vehicle before he paid for itHe signed the mileage statement with the correct mileage stated on itShortly after his purchase he wanted a lower priceWe offered to refund Mr***'s money and take the vehicle backHe declined our offerSent on:
