I recently contacted Grahams regarding drying a home outThe gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude, did not introduce himself or the company, and gave one word answers to me when I asked questions When I asked to speak with his supervisor or manager to get more information, he said "are you ready for this, are you ready to talk with my supervisor?", he went away and then came back and yelled that he was the supervisor and the owner and who do I think I am to ask for his supervisorHe then said if I have questions I can email him at [redacted] @yahoo.com and he will get me what I needHe ended the call by calling me a derogatory curse word when I asked if this was really how he spoke to customersI am appalled by the way I was spoken to by someone who runs a business that is supposed to help customers
