Grahams Crossroad's Towing

Called AND paid for a tow only to have Graham's drop off my vehicle at the wrong location(even though they verified the correct drop off location.) Now this in itself can be justified, we all make mistakes. HOWEVER, after contacting the company several times to find my truck and getting no where, I finally located my truck 3 miles up the road at a different auto body shop, again at an address that was NOT provided to them. I called Graham's to let them know and was told they would figure it out and call me back. 2 hours later I called back to find out they cancelled my "order" and they would NOT be correcting their mistake but in fact put it back in my lap to find another tow! This is not okay to NOT correct your wrong Graham's. Very disappointed in a business that has been around for years. Must be you have so much business that you no longer care about the little guy. Will confidently NOT recommend as this is just unacceptable business practice. Unethical at best.
