 Now I need to be paid back for the over price of the sales of the car.  The price quoted was not the same price of contract. I attach Steve's card withprice he quoted me.

Text message shown of bill of sale only 3 days prior to pickup of car. Clearly shows 8000 mile difference. I had my son go look at car because I was out of town, hence the reason for text message picture of Bill of Sale. I mentioned issue to floor sales manager and we talked about a resolution meeting for Monday, and in the meanwhile to call Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] would only respond to email, and not to phone calls.

We regret the miscommunication with Ms. [redacted]. She signed all the required documentation. We respectfully decline to refund $2850.

All paperwork is signed and in order. Customer had us cancel extended warranty and we explained that the refund would be sent to the lien holder to reduce the payoff. Front tires and rear tires were two different brands. The tread depth was fine but we replaced them with a new set at no charge to...

customer. Customer came back in shortly after she bought the car and wanted a truck. We had a deposit on the truck that she was interested in and the customer who left the deposit came back in and purchased the truck. We offered to find Ms. [redacted] another truck.

Response: Sorry for the delay. Mr. [redacted] now has his plates.

[redacted]   Response : Greenwood Ford has not credited [redacted] yet.  I checked today at 9:14 this morning 09-13-2017.  They did not even address the fact they added my down payment to the price of my car.  In response to the truck.  They did not even take the time to call me to tell me the truck was sold.  I had to call them.   I still would like you to get $2850.00 back.  The original offer for the car was 1324.00 before my trade in.  They added my down payment to the price of car and then took off my down payment. Bad business practice from dealership.  Someone needs to audit there accounting practices and the department the handle the finance.  They were just wrong to price my vehicle to me and adding the price of my down payment to the selling price. [redacted]

We regret that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy.  His opinion on his problem differs from ours.  Sorry that we are unable to help him..
