Poor and uninhabitable living conditionsI have complained about the same problems multiple time it seems to be the more I complain and it claimed to be fixed theory elm gets worse when it comes back. I have complained about mold twice. I have called code enforcement out were a violation was issued. I have complained 3times about a wall leakage the more I complain about it, it gets fixed it continues to spread when it comes back.Desired SettlementI have called the corporate office to released from my lease. I have a 15mo who I will not continue to put in these poor living conditions Business Response To Whom this may concern,[redacted] regrets when we receive a complaint from the Revdex.com. We have responded to Ms. [redacted]'s complaints each time she has called quickly, within 24 hours. Myself, maintenance supervisor, and a code enforcement officer inspected Ms. [redacted]'s apartment on 06/19/2014. We saw small water spots behind the bedroom door and inside bedroom closet. [redacted], my maintenance supervisor sprayed fungicide all over the area as a preventative measure. The resident stated it was mildew and mold. Code enforcement stated that was not mold and he was present when we sprayed fungicide. On 07/16/2014 Ms. [redacted] spoke with the company president,[redacted], she wrote up a maintenance ticket stating her main bathroom had a crack in ceiling, closet was wet, and carpet was wet. Maintenance went in her apartment the same day and found no cracks on ceiling but, they did find water spots which were coming from a clogged up a/c drain in the apartment above. Maintenance took care of clogged up drain. Maintenance kilts water spots and called[redacted] for a wetvac and fungal treatment. On 08/28/2014 Ms. [redacted] reported her kitchen ceiling leaking. Maintenance responded the same day and repaired a leak in the kitchen faucet upstairs. Ms. [redacted] called again on 09/03/2014 and reported the ceiling leaking again, maintenance repaired a crack in the disposal in the unit upstairs. On 09/09/2014 [redacted], my leasing agent, called back and left a message for Ms. [redacted] asking if repairs were made. On 09/09/2014 at 5:00 P.M. Ms. [redacted] called back and said everything was ok. Please find attached work orders.
