I have bought a golf [redacted] top weeks ago from [redacted] and he hasn’t shipped or communicated with me in the last weeksI would like a refund !

Over a month ago I purchased a pair of Off-White 1s on grailed for $About two days later grailed sends me an email telling me that I just bought the shoes from a fraudulent seller, and recommended that I immediately file a claim to get my money backSo I do soI received two emails after that The first was a generic message from grailed's [redacted] support teamThe second was from some [redacted] named chris, he stated that grailed wasnt able to do anything at the moment and to contact grailed again if: 1) I need assistance from them in my case; 2) I lost the case and wanted them to further inspect itBut I digress, when I did received the package from the seller, inside the box was a pair of old used adidas sneakersSo, I escalate the case from item not shipped to item was described differentI attached a picture of what I received in the mail, and the emails from grailed stating that I just purchased shoes from a fraudulent seller and to go ahead and file a claim on [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern, I was recently banned on Grailed and I cannot understand what would generate cause to do soI have only bought items and never sold anyI have taken a couple deals off of Grailed because I wanted the item and due to some [redacted] restrictions on the SELLER's side, the purchase could not be completed on the Grailed websiteI also did one meet up as we were fairly close to each otherI am the one putting myself at risk to be scammed by purchasing, not the other way aroundSometimes there are opportunities to get pieces I cannot pass upI am an avid collector of clothes, I do not buy to resellThis ban seems to be groundless and I would like to continue using the website as a place I go to look for new pieces to add to my collectionThat's all I do Thanks for taking the time to reconsider, I look forward to your swift response, [redacted] ***

If I was able to leave negative stars I wouldThis is a site where people are constantly reselling hyped products that you were not able to get your hands on upon general releaseIt was my mistake for not looking up the reviews prior to buying and selling on this siteI purchased a pair of sneakers from a seller and the first transaction was smoothI got the item and they were just too big for the person I purchased them forI then put the sneaker back on the site to resell, so I could find the correct size for a decent priceThe buyer was demanding from the startAfter receiving the shoe ( in a VERY timely manner) he stated the item was fakeObviously as someone who isn't huge into sneakers I was concerned on how we could fix both partiesI immediately told him it would be fixed, but he was ignorant and didn't know how to handle the situationHe stated he gave me deserving feedback and would be filing a claim with [redacted] which he has yet to doIf the shoe was fake I would assume you would do everything to get your money back right away, as I filed a claim against seller that I purchased them from in the first place as soon as he stated they were inauthenticI followed up with my buyer and finally got a response saying " Im busy, ill do it soon"I have reached out to Grail two different times and have not heard anythingThis user proceeds to post a different color way of the shoe that is clearly fake, even getting comments that the shoe is fake and suspectThis site has a great concept but by no means follows their policiesThis is clearly a kid who shouldn't be doing business with anyoneIf people are going to spend their hard earned money on things, the customer service aspect should be out of this world

Grailed is blatantly allowing fraudulent sales to take place on its website, and violating the copyright of my photographs by allowing other users to sell products using my photographs

Grailed.com is an online store that sells very expensive fashion itemsI decided to buy a Supreme T-shirt from their "trusted" seller (star rated seller by this website)In few days I checked with the seller and he send one line messages like, oh I will send it,LOL (why LOL?) Then asked for a refundI will LOL, just give me time, LOLBecause he is a scammer behind this so called legit online storeGrailed.com have a person named Kelly who send me emails apologizing for the delay and state that he is a scammerI doubt this is a website that a number of scammers including Kelly steal peoples moneyIf this website is legit why in the first place scammers like him are using it? I lost USD and above all I do not have the T-shirt for my son as gift for this ChristamsI really warn everybody hereEverything on their website is most likely some scammer sitting somewhere and using their website (either with the grailed.com's supervision) to steal money from online shoppersTheir products look like fake versions of originalsDO NOT BUY anything from GRAILED.COM; you never know what is in store for you next

"in the rare instance the case is decided unfairly, both buyer and seller are fully covered by Grailed and we will reimburse the affected party." this statement is listed on the company website along with other protection guarantees but in reality they dont help at allThey take forever to respond to messages and their so called guarantee is them just calling paypal for youMy package was lost in the mail I have tons of proof of it being mailed so now I owe paypal dollars and im out on my item

My account got banned without a valid reasonWhen reaching out to them they said I am associated with another personThey did not give me a description of who the person is, just that what the person did to violate their policy

I have used this site to buy and sell things timesThose first times the site was easy to use and I could earn more than on stockxRecently I reported a user for going against grailed policies and I got bannenWhile the other guy should have been bannedThey blocked my IP address and my accountI am still waiting on an email back from them

Grailed depends on *** refund policyThis is NOT a secure place to buy anythingI was scammed out of dollarsI bought a shirt on Grailed and was unable to get in contact with the seller; so I created a *** claimThe seller kindly asked me to drop the case so it will "release the frozen funds" so he could then refund meI dropped the case and he split with the cashMy fault but Grailed was completely useless in this situationThey should at least make sellers certify that they are active members and the item is ready to ship before they approve the transactionSome extra measures to prevent listings that have been "abandoned" by sellers from being sold would be nice as well

A sell was made on my grailed profile*** automatically stopped the sale as fraud but Grailed continued to charge me their seller fees

 You basically just answered that is exactly written on your page. You do not refund the sellers fee EVEN AFTER I SCREENSHOT AND FORWARDED YOU EVERY SINGLE INFORMATION YOU ASKED FOR. You actually try to dispute the charges as services used, I had to refile the dispute with [redacted] because you claimed " I used your services by listing / posting lol, I had to physically guide the dispute team on [redacted] to your website and show them listings are free, and only once items are sold you take the fees. I won the dispute few days ago immediately after this. These people at grailed.com are ss and scammers . Trust me they 100% tried to prove to [redacted] THAT I USED THEIR SERVICES BY LISTING AND POSTING ITEMS LOL, THEN THESE PEOPLE WENT TO GO ON AND BANN ME AND TOLD ME THAT I MUST CLOSE THE CASE AND THEN THEY WOULD REFUND ME "SOON AS POSSIBLE" . I HAVE EVERY SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM I WOULD ADVICE ALL SELLERS TO STAY AWAY FROM GRAILED.COM. As you see they just answer with unless info or read-off what is off their website. When you follow their instructions they do not reply back. When filing a dispute with [redacted] make sure you tell [redacted] GRAILED.COM IS A FREE TOO LIST WEBSITE, they wont answer emails but answer disputes to try and WIN! THEY WILL TRY AND WIN THE DISPUTE FOR COMMISSION FEES FOR SALES NOT MADE!! UNBELIEVABLE AND I ONLY HAD 1 SUCCESSFULL SELL ON GRAILED.COM WHICH I PAID THEM THEIR COMMISSION FEE AND THEN THIS WHOLE SCAM BY GRAILED.COM.
