Our tenant moved out at the end of her lease on 2/28/2015.   Our community manager performed the walk though with her and determined any charges that she would be held liable for. The tenant signed the move out sheet with all the charges that she is stating is extra on her complaint.  ...

  Following walk though and review a Security Deposit detail letter was sent out to the tenant on 3/13/15 with all the necessary documentation to explain the charges to the tenant.   Tenant called on several occasions and our property manager has explained the charges and what is owed from her several times.   When referring to her security deposit – the tenant paid only 100.00 security deposit and a two hundred nonrefundable pet deposit at time of move in and we have documented this in her letter and verbally explained numerous times.   In reference to water bills – these are billed directly from the property and all billing has stopped in her name.

Review: I purchased a Dayton Evaporated cooler from Grainger on 6/26/2015. Please review Order Details (attached document) for address and location where Unit was sent from. I lost the front grill and need to purchase a new grill for the front of this Item. I purchased a Ducted Evaporative Cooler 2800 CFM1/8 hp Item 4RNN8. I have the emails as proof of the purchase and the unit was delivered to my address on July 9th 2015. I am unable to locate a front grill cover and I feel that this unit is less than 3 months old and I should be able obtain a front grill for it. Grainger has washed their hands of it and said they are unable to help me. The unit cost me 500 dollars and for being less than 3 months old to not be able to obtain a front grill cover for this item is a shame and a rip off. They knew this unit was being discontinued and they should not of sold it to me if this was the case. They should either have me return the unit or help locate a grill cover for the unit. I do not accept paying so much money for this unit in such a short and then not be able a required part for it. Please help. I have contacted the business and the response I get is "oh well its out of the 30 day warranty and there is nothing we can do for you. Have a nice day".Desired Settlement: I would like a front grill cover sent to me. I am willing to pay for the shipping because I lost the grill. This is what I wish mostly. If this is impossible, then I want to return the unit to Grainger for a full or partial refund. I did use the unit for 2 months. I lost the front grill this is my fault. I would like to keep the unit. Grainger sold the evaporated cooler to me and must stand behind their sales within a certain time frame
