From: Troy G [redacted] Sent: Saturday, April 09, 11:AM To: drteam Subject: G [redacted] Plumbing LLC Revdex.com Case # [redacted] To whom it may concern, I received your letter with the complaint from Tamika R***I did call her to reach out to her concerning her complaintI left a message on her phone to let her know I was sorry for saying don't call me anymoreMrG [redacted] who is not my husband is a very reputable man and we all strive to do our bestI explained to her in the message that I had somethings going on in my life that day and telling her not to call anymore was not appropriate I did explain to her that of course we will take care of the plumbing we replaced in her house if there where any leaksI did not hang up on her I was on cell phone and the call droppedI did call her right back From the beginning when we started this process with her I did help her with getting insurance process h***d getting everything signed and processed with themI even called them for her when some concerns came upThe incident that she is speaking on was her cold side of machine box was leaking so we sent one of our guys to fix it March 28thHe did fix it and he fixed a piece of sewer drain to the washer which was not part of water lines that we replaced at no charge to herSee attached pictures MrsR [redacted] called again and said hot side was leaking so we sent our guy back down to fix it March 31stWhen he got there he said there was no leak but he replaced fitting anywayOn April 2nd she texted me at 9pm and said that her toilet was overflowing and when she flushed it and it was coming up in tubsI texted back to ask her where because I was not aware she moved into the homeShe said the washing machine box was leaking again and that toilet backed up I explained to her that to fix the sewer back up there would be a charge to unclog itShe said she didn't have any money to pay for itI told her we would come and fix leak and I was not sure about if we were fixing back up or if she was going to get someone elseSo we sent plumbers on April for the 3rd time and the pipe wasn't leakingI texted her and said there was no leakI called and she said she had other plumber look at itMy guys said it was exactly as he left it and no and had no leakI asked her why she didn't call me to let me know we didn't have to come down thereShe said basically she didn't have to I regret this incident happened and hope it can be resolved and yes we are honoring the one year agreement from date of the install Please feel free to call me [redacted] Sincerely, Karen Thanks For Your Business!
