[redacted] ***'s kept my car for almost months (months is not a typo) to get the work finished then charged me $ [redacted] more than another place would have The work to be done would have taken any other shop no more than days if parts had to be ordered in I found out later that ***'s only worked on it when they "had time" even though I kept calling them asking for updates and stressing that we needed our car back When I brought up the $ [redacted] price difference with [redacted] the owner of the shop he got heated very quickly And when I calmly pointed out he was raising his voice he blurted out "you're the one raising your voice first" which was not the case He angrily said he could reverse all the work he had done and give it back to me the way I had brought it in I accepted and he said: "I misspoke, Get me some quotes and we can look it." As requested I provided [redacted] emailed quotes and names of other individuals All of them mentioned that the work done would cost no more than $ [redacted] taxes in They were all consistently about $ [redacted] cheaper as I was charged $*** And when I mentioned the cost was $ [redacted] they were all shocked Even though he had asked for these quotes [redacted] made the excuse that he had done more work and that justified the $ [redacted] price difference It did not When I questioned this [redacted] flew into a rage, screaming at me yet again over the phone This was now the second incident of him losing his temper [redacted] the owner of the shop specifically told me to GROW UP! STOP WHINING! And WHERE DO YOU HAVE THE TIME! THIS IS THE PRICE COME IN AND PAY IT AND TAKE THE TRUCK! In his rage these phrases were blurted out several times at me in random order I calmly wrote it down as I did not want to misquote him I was shocked that the owner of an establishment would talk to their customer in this manner, after invoicing me $ [redacted] more than another company and taking almost months to do a job that should have taken hours of labor time? Total labor cost was $ [redacted] at ***'s but only $ [redacted] at two other shops What a waste of time and money I was insulted, my truck was taken for months and I was fleeced for and extra $***

[redacted]'s kept my car for almost 2 months (2 months is not a typo) to get the work finished then charged me $[redacted] more than another place would have. The work to be done would have taken any other shop no more than 3 days if parts had to be ordered in. I found out later that [redacted]'s only worked on it when they "had time" even though I kept calling them asking for updates and stressing that we needed our car back.
When I brought up the $[redacted] price difference with [redacted] the owner of the shop he got heated very quickly. And when I calmly pointed out he was raising his voice he blurted out "you're the one raising your voice first" which was not the case. He angrily said he could reverse all the work he had done and give it back to me the way I had brought it in. I accepted and he said: "I misspoke, Get me some quotes and we can look it."
As requested I provided [redacted] 2 emailed quotes and names of 2 other individuals. All 4 of them mentioned that the work done would cost no more than $[redacted] taxes in. They were all consistently about $[redacted] cheaper as I was charged $[redacted]. And when I mentioned the cost was $[redacted] they were all shocked. Even though he had asked for these quotes [redacted] made the excuse that he had done more work and that justified the $[redacted] price difference. It did not. When I questioned this... [redacted] flew into a rage, screaming at me yet again over the phone. This was now the second incident of him losing his temper. [redacted] the owner of the shop specifically told me to GROW UP! STOP WHINING! And WHERE DO YOU HAVE THE TIME! THIS IS THE PRICE COME IN AND PAY IT AND TAKE THE TRUCK! In his rage these phrases were blurted out several times at me in random order. I calmly wrote it down as I did not want to misquote him. I was shocked that the owner of an establishment would talk to their customer in this manner, after invoicing me $[redacted] more than another company and taking almost 2 months to do a job that should have taken 5 hours of labor time?
