Revdex.com:
The manager of A1 messaged me personally and after meeting with her owner, they agreed MY REQUESTED REFUND AMOUNT was fair based on what I explained to them.  I accepted this refund approximately 1 week after my initial complaint.

Good day to you. This customer that your email refers to is providing false information and we are deciding on possible charges. We have no "[redacted]" here. The customer spoke with me, [redacted], on numerous occasions by phone and email (which she is denying knowledge of myself) and always on...

Friday afternoon. I am the person that would have taken care of her concerns, but she demanded a personal phone call from the owner himself (who owns numerous businesses) and stated that she wanted acknowledgement and validation from him personally. She sent pictures of what she considered to be the damage and her concerns could have been dealt with by myself, but she refused. She disputed her credit card payment for her move and after much "back-and-forth", she lied and denied knowing our companies and ever having spoken with me after SEVERAL conversations. She has not only received full refund for her move, but she is still pursuing with her emails, calls, now posting false negative reviews, etc. When she lied and denied and received her full reimbursement of her move, she forfeited any and all possible insurance claims. I have all legal documents, pictures, calls and emails stating the facts that she is continuing to lie about and ignore. I have not received any messages from the Revdex.com about this other than this email, unless it landed in my spam folder. For that, I apologize. Please, let me know how I may handle this further. Thank you for your time and have a Blessed day.Kind Regards,[redacted]

been established due to the fact that we recently began to accept them. My mover quoted the wrong percentage accidentally and immediately fixed it. He did not do it intentionally. The fee could have been avoided had he paid with a check or cash instead. Mr. [redacted] was credited $160 after speaking with him about the materials used and the miscommunication issue. Please, be advised that customers may talk to the wrong people if they go through Uhaul or their website.
