Granada Apartments

I must walk on a certain sidewalk each day at Granada Apartments. There is significant dog waste in the grassy area and sometimes even on the sidewalk in front of the same apartment. I have contacted the office numerous times, left messages, etc and the problem has not been resolved. Not only is this disgusting but it is also a health problem. What can be done?

A refund check was processed within days after move out. However, the check was not mailed out because customer did not provide us with an adequate mailing address. (The New Mailing address that was provided was missing a city.) We h*** provided an attachment with the signed Move Out Notice from *** ***Customer did contact us regarding the deposit check in late October. We informed her about not having a valid mailing address. Customer then g*** us a the mailing address and a new check was mailed to that address. Customer called to the office on November 23rd stating that we had cancelled the check and that she couldn't cash it. We informed her that the check was not cancelled on our part. We informed her that we would look into it once I got back in town after the Thanksgiving Holiday. When I got back in town on November 30th, I talked to Ms*** about the situation. She said she had gone to Walmart and that they wouldn't cash it. I told her that I h*** not received any notifications from our bank concerning any cancellations. She said she was in San Benito at the time, so I told her to go to First Community Bank (our bank) and cash it there. I also told her to contact me if there were any problemsI h*** reviewed our online bank statement and it shows the check was cashed by Ms*** on November 30thWe apologize for any inconvenience getting this check cashed. I am still unsure of why Walmart said the check was cancelled.
