Our Builder has a direct contract with these Grand Alarms guys, We had few meetings with their team during the construction period, I paid them lots of money for proper wiring etc. We were told that these are the only guys to install the wires for my internet, phone, cable and alarm system. We purchased additional speaker wiring and extra stuff for data cables,
Paid them but very poor job, None of the wire is reaching on other end.
Horrible...I called them and lady said, they know and nothing can be done...
Very poor...Try not to buy anything extra... [redacted]
