To whom it may concern: We, Grand Auto, are responding to the complaint against us by * [redacted] on 08/25/The complaint involves the customer requesting we pay for the repairs done to the car after purchase At the time of sale we tell our customers to contact us should any problems arise with the product during the first three months so that we may come to a resolution and even repair issues at our facilityThis customer, on a whim, decided to have $2,worth of repairs completed, which we would have potentially repaired after inspecting the issue, and without any contact with Grand Auto prior to the matterThe customer then threatened Grand Auto with a lawsuit if we did not payOur business values every customer which is part of the reason we extend a warranty at our facilityIf Grand Auto concluded that we were at fault for the repairs or as a courtesy decided to repair faulty parts, which we have done for customers, we would have done so at no charge at our facilityAt Grand Auto we respect and gladly take care of our customers and expect communication on issuesUnfortunately we were not notified of issues by this customer and instead were met with a demand of payment to the customerWe hope that in the future customers come to us to resolve issues as they occur so that we may come to a resolution best for both partiesThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They lied about the condition of the car and the damage was done prior to purchase.they claimed all major issues on the car had been resolved and the issue happened were we where unable to bring the car back to the dealership and had to repair the vehicle or would have caused additional danagetge dealership knows this and will not take ownership in compensation to a issue that they knew about prior to selling us the carSincerely,***

At the time of sale we tell our customers to contact us should any problems arise with the product during the first three months so that we may come to a resolution and even repair issues at our facility. This customer, on a whim, decided to have $2,000 worth of repairs completed, which we would have potentially repaired after inspecting the issue, and without any contact with Grand Auto prior to the matter. The customer then threatened Grand Auto with a lawsuit if we did not pay. Our business values every customer which is part of the reason we extend a warranty at our facility. If Grand Auto concluded that we were at fault for the repairs or as a courtesy decided to repair faulty parts, which we have done for customers, we would have done so at no charge at our facility. At Grand Auto we respect and gladly take care of our customers and expect communication on issues. Unfortunately we were not notified of issues by this customer and instead were met with a demand of payment to the customer.
