Responding to Complaint # [redacted] The customer claims she was almost hit by a bottle in the head by the housekeepers, after talking with the housekeepersand looking at the camera footage we can confirm that nothing like that happend. The room they were in was one of the renovated rooms and... it was cleaned in detail and inspected by a cleaning service crew that our hotel hires. Mister *** stayed with us from 07/20/until 07/30/He booked a room via phone and whenhe arrived he was not happy with the roomIn that moment the Front Desk offered Mr*** to leavewith out any penalty's or feels which he refusedAfter two days the guest had come back to
Front Desk tocomplain about the room and wanted a compensation, the Front Desk offered him for the second time toleave the room with no penalty's or fee and with a refund for the remaining nights of his stay and he againrefusedTo help our guest and make him feel happy we gave him an studio apartment for days to usefree of any charge, usually that apartment is 200$ per nightWe explained to the guest by taking this apartment he waves any right to ask any more refunds or discounts and he agreed to that.On the 7thday the customer came to complain again that his toilet is not flushing.The Front Desk told the customerthat we will send a maintenance soon as we can, also the customer was complaining that he booked daysnot daysThe Front Desk offered him for the third time that we can refund him for the remaining nightswithout any fees which again he declinedOur supervisor gave the customer his personal number to callif he had any other issues but the customer kept calling the hotel supervisor on his private cell phone demanding a refundAt the end of their stay again they demanded a refund this time for a full amountwhich we had to decline because they stayed in the apartment for days and in the second one for another days.The problems that the customer encountered:The Wifi is only available in the hotel not in the beach houseand like that is advertised2.We can only guarantee parking for one vehicle and the customer had twoUnfortunately we can not give Mr*** any kind of discount or refundbecause he did stay the ten days and refused to leave early even when weoffered him a refund for the remaining nights.He also took the second apartmentknowing by doing that he waves any right to ask any more refunds

First of all, I have no reason to lie. If you read correctly the incident was involving my children, not me personally. Please check your cameras again on May 24, 2015 around 5:00 pm. You will notice we stopped in front of the room and looked inside.  The cleaners laughed.  When I went down to the office and complained about it to the front desk attendant she grabbed her phone and called the cleaners right away. They said they didn’t know anyone was coming by at that time and claimed the full bottle of cleaner being thrown into the hallway, was an accident. So the incident was acknowledge that day by the staff. The room may be newly renovated, however the bathroom was filthy.  No one had cleaned the construction debris and there were dead bugs in the shower.I gain nothing to complain about your establishment because I will never be using it again. However, we did not use your services due to the incident, bad quality, bad customer service, and getting laughed at. Luckily my children were not hit or hurt by the flying product, but you should consider refunding my money for the rooms that we DID NOT use..
