My utmost apologies to Ms***,We have been dealing with phone service problems for a couple weeks. A technician is working on the problem. I have sent correspondence through the email contact that was provided from the complaint, offering options to correct the frustration
that this has caused. I have provided a copy of the email sent to Ms***.Hopefully this is a start to correcting the inconvenience that was caused.Grand Canyon Ranch
