I was extremely pleased with both the service provided as well as the quality of item purchased I needed some information before ordering and when I called the customer service number I was greeted so warmly, professionally, and with excellent service The retirement throw came quickly and I was so happy with the quality of the throw The personal message and name engraved on the blanket were also done beautifully I would definitely recommend Keepsakes to anyone and I am sure I will be a returning customer

This was a decent place to live at, with a good price and a "home" feeling. However once the new manager took over the place went to [redacted]. She is unsure of how to manage things within their system. This is my example, I paid a 300 dollar pet deposit (even told her it was a 300 deposit). When I moved out she said the carpet needed to be replaced and id have to pay fees, fine I'll own up to what I owe. However when I got the statement she said I had only paid a 150 deposit, this lady certainly does not know how to use their system. I have not paid it and she is lacking the ability to contact me. I had contacted them with a promising call back and she did not return the call. I will pay what I owe if she contacts me. On a side note the rest of the place is great, people are nice, staff is great, things get fixed in a timely matter and parking's not bad.
