I am rejecting this response because:as the emt at the casino told me "if it gets worse, go in to the doctor" I used the packets she gave me and called the 24hr nurse hotline when I got homeI followed the instructions of the nurse and it seemed to control the areaThe ink in the tattoo did come out which wrecked itI've already spent $on getting the tattoo redoneFurthermore, I did lose the deposit for the work I was supposed to have done at the conventionWhen I asked for a copy of the report, they flat out refused to let me see it
I am rejecting this response because: I was certain GC had a recording of the reservation, but you failed to provide reasonable explanations for the following: We paid a higher price since we did not make an online reservation per your Will-Call agentWe spoke with non-concert room guests who paid much less and reserved onlineYour online reservation system failed to process my online reservation and provides a phone number to callYour online reservation system does not provide information that pricing differs online versus phoningYour email confirmations do not contain cost information Might you be so kind as to provide insight and explanations to these service and pricing concerns?
Grand Casino Hinckley talked with MrLuttman and took his complaintIncident report number [redacted] Guest complained of possible bed bugs, reported a rash around a previous tattoo, similar to pimplesIn addition to the rash, Mr [redacted] alleges that a non-opened condom was located on a bed in the roomFor this reason the guest was compensated with a free room.Inspection by ECO Lab did not find any live bed bug activity in this roomThe guest refused to seek medical attention or provide any documentation related to the rashBased on our inability to investigate fully the claim was closed and Mr [redacted] was notified of our findings
After reviewing the recorded telephone conversation in our reservation hub, our agent reviewed the rate with the guest five times. I also heard the guest agreeing to the rate after our agent gave her the price that included taxes and the AARP discount. Our rates are based on supply and
demand and the date that this guest stayed with us we had Lady Antebellum in concert which deemed that night high demand. We have a recording of the reservation if further information is needed. Respectfully,Lori N***Hotel Director
