I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Colony needs to send me the REVISED warranty for the labor/install which also states that the roof had estate grey shingles installed when they were harbour blue! Once all the correct documents are received, the case may be closed. Until than I will continue to voice my concerns over the lack of attention afforded me on this job from communication, workmanship, billing and now warranty documents. All phases of this job had issues and it doesn't matter how long colony has been in business. Past performance doesn't matter to me. What I experienced is not what I was promised and paid for and I strongly recommend that anyone seeking a quality roofer consider alternatives before choosing colony roofing.
11/20/17 12:34 pm - voicemail telephone response received from the consumer as follows:The consumer stated they received the warranty documents sent from the Revdex.com and they sent the signed document back to the company VIA certified mail. The consumer stated they consider the matter resolved.

They released our contract. Today, however, I received message that basically said I never answered. If your prior email required an answer it should have stated to respond within the time frame that the solution is acceptable. Therefore, this complaint should state something to the effect of "a solution has been reached due to the involvement of the Revdex.com." Please advise, [redacted], [redacted]
11/14/17 warranty documents that company sent were received at Revdex.com office today. Revdex.com mailed documents to the consumer per his request.
