Professional RX Pharmacy was sent a prescription from my physician's office for a compounded creamMy insurance company has previously covered this compounding cream but surprisingly I was notified by the pharmacy that my insurance company would not cover all of the drugs in the compound this timeInstead the pharmacy told me they would send me the compound with the drugs that were covered They also said that the cost would be $ I agreed to this, and waited What I received was individual tubes of lidocaine and diclofenac, neither of which are useful and they certainly weren't compounded Additionally, the receipt in the box listed $which is not $I was suspicious of this so I called my insurance company and they informed me that the pharmacy was trying to bill them for the individual drugs instead of the compound They told me to let the pharmacy know that hey should be billing for the compounds and not the individual drugs, which a compounding pharmacy should know ho

On 8/3/I took an antique piece of stained glass into the business for repairI have been calling regularly ever since and was always told they were working on itI just came back from a three week trip and when I called their number today the phone has been disconnectedThey still have my piece of glass (a long hanging) that I already paid a deposit of $onAny help will be appreciatedThank you
