This incident was a simple misunderstanding. Ms. [redacted] also needs to take some responsibility in this matter as the female patron who accompanied her acknowledged that it was a penny machine. located at Jacobsen Road, Neenah, WI I stopped at the Shell Gas Station in Neenah, also known as Grand Central Station, to put in some gas I decided I wanted to pay by cash tonight instead of credit cardToday's date is July 15, I filled up at approximately 10:pmWhile I was filling, I noticed an employee looking out the store window with binoculars to write down information about my vehicle The station, which we frequently use, has security cameras all over There is no reason for the employee to be gathering additional informationWhen I questioned him, he stated that he is suppose to do that for vehicles that pay by cash I told him that is what the security cameras are forI am concerned that he may be gathering customer information for other purposesTHIS IS AN INVASION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IT HAS CROSSED THE LINE OF DOING ETHICAL BUSINESSThey should need to put an immediate stop to this!

A compensation of the total gas I spent of $70 to fill up my truck would be satisfying to me. The complaint is the employee was not educated on the proper reading of the machine before being left without a manager or supervisor. I wouldn't have had to spend that amount in gas if I didn't have to drive back up there to receive only $5.00. The manager was rude and heartless at what I had to experience. If it were her she would be equally upset. Not very good customer service skills.
