I responded to the Revdex.com a while ago regarding this complaintWe gave him a quote regarding the extraction per square foot, that did not include the equipment which he already knew about and he says he will not pay forWe could not monitor it because he would not let us inHe was not giving us back
our equipment until it was dryHe was also denied by his insurance companyHe would not let us in to get our equipmentNow he owes us money and refuses to pay

I took over the project from another estimator I wasn't involved in the planning discussions but talked to both our subcontractor as well as the original estimatorWe did supply the customer with a quote for cement floor to prep for tile and they asked that we eliminate it from the quote because of
costThe morning of the job the customer asked the subcontractor to install the cement board to prep for tile but did not notify me of the request I was the one from Servpro that had the contract signed for the workMy subcontractor should not have supplied and installed the cement board without contacting me first he was just trying to take care of the customers requestThe initially had the cost of the cement board but asked for it anyway, the subfloor was on the quote which we installed the customer thought that was prep for the tile floor? The customer claims everyone was lying about this which makes no sense at all, what would our motivation be for that? I was not rude to the customer he was very rude to us he was upset because he wasn't getting the answer he wantedI didn't find out the cement board was installed until I received a bill from the subcontractor, May 9th we emailed the customer a bill for the cement boardWe had been working with the customer with email throughout the project didn't know they were going t stop checking their email then we sent a statement on 7/27/The customer got what they asked for and I guess I am paying half of it because I don't want to spend any more time on this.The customer can send us half of the invoice at this point in the amount of $
