He wants to be paid in cash only, etc Frequently shows up with his wife due to the fact he has lost his drivers license
He has completed many of the tasked items with quality work; however, he refused to come back out to finish installing a kitchen under cabinet adorne power strip, and to recess power plug mold strips in the island, installing outlet covers, etc
He was asked to do work at my moms home as well and never returned to finish that work as well
He asked for advanced payment on the projects in cash and was paid then he never showed back up to complete the work The reason for the advances in money was his wife needed gas money, locked keys in car, needed help with court fines, etc
When he finally returned text messages he had many excuses as to why he couldn't complete the work, these excuses ranged from being arrested, locked keys in his mom's van, to poison sumac and the delays added up to about month past the point paid, he kept stating I'll be there next week
While he again does quality of work I cannot recommend him as a reference as he is unreliable at best, has unreliable communication and he continues to owe $575.00!!
