Review: They canvassed our neighborhoods in the south hills of Pittsburgh and did not complete everything that was scoped. [redacted] left the company and [redacted] the owner never returned calls to follow up with concerns of the job. I have called [redacted] and [redacted] numerous times to come look at a small area under an overhang to properly correct/seal this area. They refuse to address and [redacted] will not return calls. This company claims to provide a multiple year warranty on the workmanship and I cannot get them to return my calls in less than a year after job completion.Desired Settlement: At this point, I do not think I want this [redacted] guy to do anything because it should not take me to file a complaint against the business to get him to respond. All I know is if this little issue spawns into bigger problems he better believe I will come after him and sue him for all damages.

Review: We contracted with Grand Cypress, [redacted] and [redacted], on October 9, 2013 along with our insurance representative to replace our roof, flashing, and a couple of screens and trim work due to extensive damage done by a hail storm earlier that year. When I received the first check from the insurance company, John asked that I pay 50% up front immediately and he would get the roof started within a week - as soon as materials were available. That never happened - nor was material or a dumpster delivered to our house as was promised. After 9 months of waiting and one excuse after another and phone calls back and forth, I have asked for my money back to secure another roofer that will actually do the work. I have been promised that they would do the roof in two weeks, then another two weeks, etc., and that they are very busy, those promises have been going on since March 2014. This is June and the job is still not done, nor has any materials been received for the job by us. I have not received a phone call back from them in 3 weeks and I just want a refund so I can get the damage repaired to my house. I feel that they accepted the check for the work know that it was from an insurance company and this is pretty close to insurance fraud.Desired Settlement: Just refund me the entire amount that was paid in October 2013. $4,477.66. I do not want them to do the work now as I have waited far too long and feel that they are unreliable and the work would not be up to par. Thank you for helping.

Review: There was poor installation the drip edge is not flush with decking and the ridge vents are not flush with roof and is allowing wind driven rain into the home. The hip caps installed under valleys and lifting one side of the valley above the other. Decking is soft in some places.Desired Settlement: Would like the company to come and fix the roof so it stop leaking. It has damaged my ceiling in one room and the attic is wet.
