Review: I ordered a table on July 14th and the sales representative and manager both said it would be available to deliver between 3 to 4 weeks. 4 weeks later I had the table delivered and once it was assembled, I discovered that it was the wrong table and chairs. The sales representative had ordered the wrong items. After speaking with managers and customer service reps they reordered the correct items. To compensate for the mistake they said I could hold onto the dining set until the right order came in and they would expedite the reorder. I was then informed that someone needed to pick up the dining set (without Ashley Furniture delivering the correct order). After a few weeks I called customer service to check on the status of the order and they told me that it would still be a couple weeks more. I was upset because the new order was not being expedited and I was left without a dining set. I called to cancel the order and was told that all sales are final and they will not give me a refund since the table set was in route for delivery. I called again and spoke with a customer service supervisor who said to compensate for all I have been through they would refund the delivery charge which amounted to $100 and some change and this would be put back onto the GE Capital financing account I used to purchase the set. It has now been more than 7 business days and I still do not have any indications of a refund to my account.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to cancel the order and be fully refunded.

Review: This complaint is with customer service issues, delivery issues,warranty, product and repair issues. I have never had such horrible service. I purchased a bedroom set for my 5 year old daughter along with a dinning set. Took more than two months to receive. Never got any courtesy phone calls and got the run around of having an incorrect phone number on file and that note indicated the had spoken and left messages with me? How can that be when they had a wrong phone number on file? Really customer service giving the run around or lying to customers!? Still till this day for the inconvenience and trouble I have gone through. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order, which I had every right to, I was also told I would be getting a gift card for all the trouble, which I never received. I am mainly upset being I paid over two thousand dollars and only months later to have a broken bed? Poorly put together by Ashley Furniture delivery guys and find the bed made of particle board. Lucky my daughter was not hurt when her bed broke. Once again customer service I got the run around and service guy did not come out till a month later. I had schedule a date and guy never came out!? I can to call and complain to schedule another date. My daughter is without a bed and I can not get a descent Courtesy phone call back from this company! It's upsetting. I have been very patient and understanding, but there is no management that has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement or my full refund!

Review: I purchased a bookshelf on 07/04/2013 and the store refused to ever deliver it. It is 10/01/2013 and they keep making different excuses and extending the delivery window and they refuse to ever delivery on my purchase.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I don't think they ever had any intention of delivering this bookshelf at all. I think they are thieves.
