Review: I left a fur coat with Great Estates Auctioneers on 10/**/13. The coat was sold on 12/**/2013, according to [redacted], employee/owner of the company. When speaking to him in January, he explained that it was an on-line auction, and he just received payment- the check would be forthcoming. I have yet to receive payment, and he does not return my weekly telephone calls.Desired Settlement: Payment for the fur coat that he sold at auction.

Review: I won an online auction via Live Auctioneers ([redacted]) on 05/**/2014, for an item via the Great Estates Auction house in [redacted] Great Estates Auctioneers & AppraisersMay [redacted], 2014 Auction Lot #124ARMSPORT INC. 20 CALIBER BLACK POWDER GUNDescription: Vintage Armsport Inc. 20 Caliber black powder revolver gun . Made in Italy. Brass & steel hardware with fruitwood handle. Octagonal barrel L 6.50". Total Length 13.50"I submitted a credit card authorization via fax, for payment, on 06/**/2014 - my card was not charged until 06/**/2014. I did not receive the item as expected (via USPS Priority Mail), and after several phone & email conversations with the seller, and being told, "We're Behind ... In a couple of Days ... Soon," I filed a complaint with Live Auctioneers. I filed an online complaint with Live Auctioneers on 06/**/2014 (thirteen days after the charges to my credit card). Later that afternoon I received email confirmation of shipment via the seller. The seller did not check with me prior to shipment, and shipped the item to the wrong address. The item was non-deliverable upon arrival and delayed in the postal system & eventually returned to the seller, arriving at their office in New York today - 07/**/2014. In email communication, the seller is attempting to extort a $55.00 shipping/handling fee from me. Additionally, now the seller has the item, they have made indications they may not re-ship the item.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of the original credit card charges and to bring this transaction to a close.
